DDMS Agent Required
Non-admin users must keep DDMS Agent running on this PC before login, while using DDMS, and before downloading files.
What to do
- Ask admin/IT for the DDMS Agent tray app/exe.
- Run DDMS Agent on this Windows system.
- Confirm the DDMS Agent icon is visible in the system tray near the clock.
- Open the tray menu and use Health Check, or open http://127.0.0.1:45873/health in the browser.
- If health shows OK, close this popup and try login again.
If it still does not work
- Start DDMS Agent again if it was closed from the tray Exit option.
- Make sure no other app is using port 45873.
- Ask admin to reset your machine binding if this is a new/replaced PC.
